My earliest memories of childhood, were dreams of flying. It seemed  a goal to far removed from anything I could accomplish, but my dream led me to an opportunity to obtain my pilots license. I never became a professional pilot, but my experince in small single engined aircraft allowed me the experience of piloting Cherokee 140's, 180's, Arrows, Cherokee Six, and  a transitional  aircraft the Commanche. I also flew Cessna, 150's,  182's,  and Beechcraft Musketeers, and Super Musketeers. I also had a few hours cyclic ime in a Bell helicopter.
My middle son Casey also obtained his private pilots license.
Scott tried his hand at flying too
My first issued pilots license a little tattered and worn, but one of my most cherished posessions
Casey, getting into the Cherokee Warrior. He soloed on this flight. Old dad sure was proud.
